Listing Prep and Marketing

Once we have decided on a pricing strategy and completed the paperwork, we start preparing the house for marketing and showings. The process will vary depending on the needs of the house and your goals. This part of the process can include Prelisting Inspections, Repairs, Updates, and Staging. Once this is complete, we are ready for Photography, Video and Listing! We have professionals ready to help every step of the way.

Once the listing is active we will use the MLS, Social Media, Paid Advertisement, Direct Mail, Database Marketing and More to get your listing in front of as many eyes as possible. We want Showings & Offers!

Accepting An Offer Through Closing

Once we have received offers and accepted a winner, we are now Under Contract! This is the time when Inspections and Appraisals occur. Guidance from a Real Estate Professional is crucial, as this is where most deals can fall apart.

At Anchor Realty, we have a thorough understanding of the contracts that will protect you from pitfalls that arise during inspections, and we justify our pricing to help prevent your home from being undervalued by an appraiser. These things have serious potential to kill a transaction, especially if your Agent does not have the knowledge and experience to advocate for you properly!

Closing

This is the goal line! Even though we're through the main hurdles of the transaction, there are still steps that we need to take to keep things smooth to the end. We will guide you through Scheduling Closing & Possession, Changing Utilities, Handling Property Tax Deductions and More.

Once you have signed the documents and collected your proceeds, you are ready to move on to your next chapter. And you can be sure that we will stay in touch after the sale in case you need any follow up help, and will be there for all of your future real estate needs. Congratulations on selling your house!
